When you book a consultation with us, on our first meeting we have an opportunity to get to know you by ask some questions about your nutrition habits, lifestyle, sports background and injuries. After a movement assessment  we agreeing specific targets based upon the goals you wish to achieve.

 

Whether your goal is simply to get shredded, gain muscle, improve your health, or recovery from injury, the initial consultation will allow us to discuss specific goals and construct an individual, bespoke training programme to provide focus and steps to achieve your targets.

 

By setting you specific, measurable goals, we maximise your ability to progress during your training programme which enables you to maintain motivation.

Roland

As a youngster I excelled in athletics, gymnastics, and handball. However, it was my career as a semi pro-footballer that really kickstarted my love of fitness. Football showcased how my mindset toward my health, my potential, and my goals mattered. A passion for coaching, personality traits, and why we do what we do, was set alight. 

 

Today, as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, my 360˚ approach to fitness focuses on how the right kind of exercise, or rather, the right kind of habit can save a life. Mental coaching is a big part of our training together. We will get to grips with what intrinsically motivates you and how we can align your fitness aims with your life goals.

 

Currently I coach clients all over London with sessions taking place outdoors, at home, near the office, and online. International clients enjoy and thrive through my online programs. 

Together we will create a plan that suits your schedule, your commitments, and your goals. 

Adam

Started sport since I was 6 years of age. I did swimming, football, handball and athletics in my school age. By the time goes I went to a local gym where I discovered weight training. As a young man in the gym I didn’t know what and how to do so I always asked some others to help. I met with lots of people and heard lots of different opinion about training and nutrition so I thought is would make sense to study about it and potentially coach others.

 

When I arrived London I found difficult to communicate well so after my English became better I decided I want to become a Personal Trainer and want to know more about the sport.

I started to work in a corporate gym at the city of London as a fitness consultant and after few months I started my qualification to become a Personal Trainer. Since then I tried different sport such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Cross Fit.

I love sports and also I love to teach it. Is a great pleasure to see that clients are improving and changing they body that’s why I dedicated myself to BODY TRANSFORMATION.

 

Now I have the privilege to train my clients in the POP-UP GYM and also I going to clients home and have a growing online client base too.
